The Revolutionary SleepWeaver Advance Nasal
The Circadiance SleepWeaver Advance Soft Cloth Nasal CPAP Mask approaches mask design with a new level of comfort, stability and satisfaction. The SleepWeaver mask selection is all made from a lightweight and breathable soft cloth material with no right mask frame. The fabric reduces the risk of skin irritation many CPAP users experience to increase comfort and improve therapy compliance.
How the SleepWeaver Advance Works
The SleepWeaver mask range is designed around balloon physics; once inflated by the air pressure, it is spread evenly, meaning there are no pressure points. The mask inflates, adapting to your facial structure, creating a personalised and perfect seal. An effective seal means there is a reduced chance of air leaks and waking up with dryness; this makes the SleepWeaver one of the best mask options.
Because the mask seal is created by the air pressure, the headgear does not need to be adjusted to keep the seal secure. The headgear uses three straps to keep the mask in place.
“Most comfortable mask I have tried.” – Kaz
“fits well there is a lot less noise, would recommend it to everyone.”
“An absolute must. Lightweight, no cold spots, easy fitting and low maintenance.”- Martin
Features of the Advance Nasal
Breathable fabric: The cloth fabric contains no natural rubber latex or silicone, so it does not cause allergic reactions. Moisture from your skin or humidifier evaporates into the air stream; this keeps the area between the mask and the skin dry.
Freedom of Movement: The mask has no rigid frame, clips or buckles to press against your face allowing you to sleep on your back, side or stomach without moving your mask seal out of place.
Reduced Leaks: As the mask inflates like a balloon to create a secure seal, there is less risk of air leaks and waking up with dryness.
Reduced Pressure Points: The comfortable elastic fabric adapts to your facial features, so you do not need to continually adjust the mask, reducing the likelihood of pressure sores.
Lightweight: The SleepWeaver mask range is the lightest and softest available. Plus, it is typically 50% lighter than the average CPAP mask.
Quiet Therapy: The mask has small exhalation holes to eliminate air sounds, so you can sleep peacefully.
How to fit the SleepWeaver Advance
Since SleepWeaver masks are made of soft cloth, fitting them is quite different to the average mask. Here are some fitting tips:
- Use the sizing guide in the downloads tab of this page to ensure you get the best-size mask.
- Use the three headgear straps to position the mask.
- Adjust the bottom straps first to your desired position and then the top strap.
- Once your mask is fitted comfortably, turn on your therapy device.

You have 28 days from the dispatch date to assess the mask and notify us that you are unhappy with it for any reason. You can return it and have it refunded (we must receive it back within 7 days of being notified).
The fee for the insurance is non-refundable once the mask is opened, as are any outgoing postage costs. The mask itself will be refunded in full.
A pre-paid returns label will be included for customers in the UK. We strongly recommend getting a proof of postage (which is free) as returns not received cannot be refunded. For overseas customers, the return postage will need to be arranged by the customer and this cannot be reimbursed.
CPAP masks purchased without insurance cannot be returned/refunded once opened for hygiene reasons, as explained in our returns policy.
Mask Fit Insurance must be ordered at the same time as the mask in question, and cannot be added retroactively.
Intus Healthcare reserve the right not to honour any orders containing multiple masks purchased with Insurance; please instead choose which mask you feel is most suitable and select the size required as per the sizing gauge (if applicable). Should you subsequently determine a different mask or size is required, you can of course return the first and order the other.
If you need any further information, please use the chat function (if available), or contact us.
Is the SleepWeaver 3D a specialty mask?
The SleepWeaver 3D Nasal Mask is intended to provide an interface for noninvasive Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) ventilation therapy. This mask is intended for single-patient use in the home and single-patient use in the hospital / institutional environment. This mask is to be used on individuals who are greater than 66 lbs (30 kg).
Does the SleepWeaver 3D Mask come in different sizes?
The soft cloth portion of the mask is only available in one size and the headgear is available in regular and large. The most accurate measurement is directly under the jawline. If you measure 16 inches (41cm) or above, then you should consider the large size headgear. If you measure 16.5 inches (42 cm) or less, then you should consider the regular size headgear. The SleepWeaver 3D is intended to be used on individuals who are greater than 66 lbs (30 kg).
What should I do if I am experiencing leaks with my SleepWeaver 3D?
You should make sure your measurements are accurate. If your measurement falls between the two headgear sizes, then you should try each size headgear to see which one provides the best fit. You can also review the fit tip video online at https://circadiance.com/3dvideos/
Does the mask come in different colours?
No. The SleepWeaver 3D is available only in blue.
From what material is the mask made?
The cloth is the same material used to make winter ski clothing. A portion of the mask that contacts the skin contains polyester, nylon, and elastane. The cloth material is breathable, meaning that the material wicks moisture and heat away from the user’s skin. The headgear consists of polyurethane foam, nylon, and lycra.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Circadiance warrants that your SleepWeaver 3D Soft Cloth Nasal Pap mask and headgear shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase by the initial consumer.
Do you have a mask guarantee?
If you, the patient, purchased one of our SleepWeaver products (SleepWeaver Advance, SleepWeaver Advance Small, SleepWeaver Advance Pediatric, SleepWeaver Anew, SleepWeaver 3D or SleepWeaver Élan) through your Home Care Provider or an Internet Reseller and do not like the product, you can return it to the location where it was purchased within 30 days of initial fitting or 30 days of receiving the product.
Can I replace the swivel on SleepWeaver 3D?
The swivel is permanently attached to the mask and cannot be replaced.
